- Personal information, including the information you may transmit to us or authorize us to obtain from you or a third party in connection with the Services (“Customer Data”).

Privacy Policy and information collection
Koalifyed may request information from you during and/ or after the registration process that Koalifyed uses to provide better and more customized services to Users. You acknowledge that this information is personal to you and your team on Koalifyed, and by creating an account on Koalifyed, you may allow others, including Koalifyed, to identify you and to allow Koalifyed to use your information in accordance with the Terms.
We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. As an example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services. If Koalifyed is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Finally, we do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Personal Information Disclosure
Except with your consent, we will not sell, license, trade or rent your personal information to or with others.
We may allow you to store your W-9 information and share such W-9 information with entities to which you provide services through Koalifyed.
We may share your Personal Information with Partner Companies to provide technical support or to provide specific services, such as hosting of your applications, maintenance services, database management, or payment processing. Partner Companies will have access to your Personal Information only to perform these services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Partner Companies agree in writing to provide the same or greater level of privacy protection as required by Koalifyed.
Although we currently do not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Related Entities”), we may in the future. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with these Related Entities, in which case we will require our Related Entities to honor this Privacy Policy. If another company acquires our company or our assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by it and us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Koalifyed may share personal information with third parties engaged to assist us in providing the Services to you or to carry out one or more of the purposes described above. Additionally, Koalifyed uses authorized data from YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. Such data is collected and stored to power Koalifyed features. You can request your authorized data be deleted from Koalifyed by contacting helpdesk@koalifyed.com.
